Yes. Dr. Ben Glass presents free 30-minute webinars on desk, posture and movement topics, Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:00 pm Pacific on Google Meet, starting October 15.
A first visit here starts with a conversation, not a table. We take a full history, then examine how your spine and joints move, where they don’t, and what your work, sleep and training ask of them. Imaging is ordered only when something in your history or exam raises a question it would answer, not as a routine.
At a report-of-findings visit we tell you, in plain language, what we found, what we think is going on and what we recommend, with the total cost of that plan in writing before you agree to anything. If it isn’t a chiropractic problem, we say so and refer you to someone it is. Here’s how care works, step by step.
The care itself is hands-on and specific: adjustments where joints are restricted, soft-tissue and myofascial work where muscles are guarding, posture correction, and rehab exercises that build on the adjustment, plus a short list of things to do at your desk, at home or in training between visits. Adjustments are manual, on a drop table or with a low-force instrument, matched to what your body tolerates, and each technique is explained before it’s used. Some people come in for one problem and stop when they’ve resolved it; others choose to keep coming because they prefer how they move with regular care. Both are fine.
If you work at a desk, we ask about that first: your screen height, your chair, how many hours you sit, how you sleep, and what changed in the months before your neck or back started to hurt. Then the plan includes changes to your setup, not just adjustments. The desk setup calculator gives you the screen and chair heights for your own height, and tech neck care covers the neck and upper-back pattern most desk workers bring in.

Not every problem is a chiropractic problem. Where an examination shows the complaint belongs elsewhere, the patient is told so and referred rather than kept in the schedule.
The practice does not bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA funds may be used, since chiropractic is an IRS-qualified medical expense. Superbills are provided on request for patients submitting for out-of-network reimbursement themselves. Some employers offer wellness benefits that can help cover chiropractic care.
